I thought the question was answered quite well. George posing that question though leaves me wondering if that would ever even be considered by anyone running for office. Until 1936 condoms were banned in this country, and it wasn't until the 1950's that the pill was created. Personally I would hope that they would never take away this freedom. I did like Mr Romney's answer though.
